Fractal. Songtext

I am a number, I am a man
Of enzymes and organs, all that I am
Built by structure, I'm molecules and atoms
I'm an organic, carbon-based life-form.

Constantly changing, -living a lie.
As I sit here (hara-kiri), ready to die.
As the sign of the effect of the butterfly
spread itself across the northern sky

One life, one world, one fractal,
one pulsing megametropolis.

The winds of change charge again
and changes back what was changed before.
The cycle goes around, the circle remains unchanged;
-Passing once more through the same old doors.

I am a number, I am a pawn
Proud and white I stand on row number one
where I stand still, anticipate
and gaze at the king on row number eight.

A fractal in a fractal, now fly away
A fractal in a fractal, the light of day
A fractal in a fractal, can't help you find
A fractal in a fractal, what's on my mind.

One life, one fractal, the stars and we are one
One life, one fractal, our energy goes on.

One life, one world, one fractal,
one pulsing megametropolis.

To favour my loved ones alone,
it changes the illusion of my life in vain.
I am one with nature, together we go on.
My cycle ends, I am complete once again.

The yawning emptiness above me
touching the horizon in purple and blue;
“As you stare into the abyss,
the abyss stares back at you.”

Constantly changing, -living a lie.
As I sit here (hara-kiri), ready to die.
As the sign of the effect of the butterfly
Spread itself across the northern sky

One life, one world, one fractal,
one pulsing megametropolis.

The yawning emptiness above me
touching the horizon in purple and blue;
“As you stare into the abyss,
the abyss stares back at you.” *
